We want you to absolutely love your Love Always Bellinda jewels. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to support you.
Returns: Contact us at lovealwaysbellinda@gmail.com or through the contact form within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return and refund. Items must be unopened, unused, unworn and in original packaging.
Returns are at your expense—we recommend tracked delivery as we're not responsible for items lost in transit. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2-10 working days, minus shipping costs. Please note: earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and discounted or sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges for sizing only within 7 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and required size. Items must be unopened, unused, unworn and in original condition. Exchange shipping is at your expense. Once inspected and approved, your new item ships within 2-4 working days.
Incorrect or Damaged Arrivals: Contact us within 7 days of delivery if items arrive incorrectly. We're not responsible for shipping damage and cannot offer returns or refunds for these items. Have questions? Email us and we're happy to help.
